We offer a minimum of 7 nights stay during peak season, with check-in / check-out on a Monday.
Short breaks are available between October - February (excluding Christmas and New Year). Keep an eye on our social media pages for any last-minute availability for short breaks throughout the year, due to any cancellations. If booking for more than 3 nights, but less than 7 nights, please contact us to arrange a rate. (We may occasionally offer 2-night stays, depending on availability).
Friday and Saturday are popular check-in days with most accommodation providers in the Outer Hebrides. This often means that availability on the island ferries can be very limited on these days. With our check-in day being on a Monday, it is much easier for our guests to book onto the ferries.
We recommend that if travelling to the island by ferry, guests should book ferry tickets as soon as possible, particularly over the summer season.

January - March: £1100 per week
April - September: £1250 per week
October - December (excluding Christmas & New Year holidays): £1100
Short breaks: £240 per night (minimum 3 nights)
